We started at Ermington Care Home to install a new 200 person sewage treatment plant and associated drainage works. This job came with its challenges that were trying but we overcame them.

We went on to raise the carpark to its original levels, levelling and compacting several thousands of tons of material to achieve the correct levels. Once the correct levels were brought up we then created a new stone faced entrance with granite sett entrance, and capping walls with granite pavers.

After this was done we the laid perimeter curbs ready for finishes. The new entrance and communal patio areas were constructed along with new turf to selected areas. The carpark was then capped with decretive granite chipping. The job continues with the next work being basement construction and retaining walls.

The site operatives complied to Health & Safety matters and were extremely courteous, helpful to our staff and visitors despite the difficult situation of the home continuing to trade whilst work carried on.
