Lee Cooper has carried out extensive ground works at Higher Velwell. They included digging and erecting the infrastructure of reinforced concrete slabs and walls under two separate barn conversions.

Whilst involving considerable risk, the work was carried out with great care and diligence.

Of course as with many complex projects, time and costs were exceeded from initial estimates, but in the light of the eventual deliverables, these targets were probably worth exceeding.

Lee is dependable and conscientious and would be recommended in cases not only where ground works are required but also his ability to turn his hand at related tasks such as landscaping, land drainage and erecting gates and fences.
